Q: What's the best thing about working at Kilsaran?
A: The best thing about working at Kilsaran is how supportive they are. Throughout the duration of my work placement for my master’s degree the company was incredibly supportive and pushed me to do my best. Since finishing my masters I’ve decided to stay on as they have continued to foster the development of my career and create an encouraging work environment.

A: Kilsaran is a great company to progress your career. Management are always willing to support you in training and opportunities for new roles within the company. I started working in Kilsaran as a forklift driver 8 years ago. I have now progressed to Yard, Fleet & Garage manger within the company.

Q: What is a milestone or project at work that you're proud of?
A: I'm very proud of how my career has progressed during my time with Kilsaran. I began my career in a junior position within our Technical team and worked my way up through various roles within the business. I am now managing some of the busiest concrete plants in the country. It's great to have the option to move and progress across the various teams and divisions of the business.

Recruitment process at Kilsaran
What to expect
Submit an Application:
We will review your application and follow up within 10 days about whether or not we'll be moving forward with your application
Recruiter Telephone Screening:
Our In-House Recruiter will arrange a call to learn more about you and answer any questions you may have
1st Round Interview:
You will be invited to one of our locations for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager for the position. If we decide not to proceed with your application at this stage, you will receive feedback via call or email.
2nd Round Interview:
For intermediate and senior positions within the business, you may be asked to attend a 2nd round interview with some of our senior management. If we decide not to proceed with your application you will receive feedback via call or email.
Decision Stage:
Hopefully, after the hiring team debriefs, you receive an offer. If not, we always provide candidates with thoughtful feedback for future interviews.
